Despite all these perks, call centers have a high rate of attrition. Usually, a better offer from other BPOs is the main reason why agents resign. However others factors are also may contribute to staff leaving:

  • Odd working hours. New employees won't admit but the schedule is a big factor. Not everyone is cut out for "graveyard" shifts.
  • Personal reasons. These may include changes in career path. Most of them wants to pursue their originally intended profession. The opportunity to work overseas and needing more time to take care of the family.
