I'm not making it a habit but it makes me cope up and go with the idea the the burden that I'm crossing is a bit lightened for somehow. My favorite pass time with my favorite fries and ice cream or with my chocolates bars, Hershey's and Toblerone.
I know for a fact that I would be gaining weight if I have it a lot. But whenever I get over with my emotions I would be the one to fix it.
